Delegated MD tracker is not showing up as an option in "Filter" menu

Steps to reproduce

After successfully signing in to MD through Settings > MangaDex > MangaDex Login, I am unable to filter my entries in the library using the delegated MD tracker option in the Filter menu (the option is missing).

Expected behavior

After signing in to MD through the app, the tracker should appear as an option in the Filter list in the "Tracked" category, alongside the other trackers being used.

Actual behavior

The MD option is missing, and I am unable to use the delegated MD tracker to filter my library entries.

Other details

I also noticed that the delegated MD tracker is also no longer being counted towards the total number of trackers for an entry.

For example, for this entry of mine, this used to say "5 trackers" (when signed in to all of my trackers, including the delegated MD one), but now it is just saying "4 trackers."

When I click the button, all of my 5 trackers do appear in the list, and the MD one appears to be working fine (I'm able to edit the status info successfully).

SY doesn't appear to be encountering any errors as well, since nothing has shown up in my logs folder while investigating this issue.
