inkscape-thunderlaser drives a ThunderLaser Nova35 via USB

This includes an improved version of inksvg.py -- which handles rounded rectangles correctly.

The udev rules for connecting the usb port are untested. you may need to use sudo chmod 777 /dev/ttyUSB0
or save to file.
