Measurements are wrong

Hi Jürgen,

i recognised that the extensions works technically fibe, but the generated results greatly differ from the "Corners (Fillet/Chamfer)" Live Path Effect.

For example the following path should have a rounding radius of 10mm but has 3.53mm in result.
