Improving Manufacturability/Reducing Unique BOM items #2

First of all, thanks for doing the hard work, the testing to prove it, and sharing the results!

I'm planning on building this project, and after reviewing the BOM I was wondering if you could explain why certain component choices were made?

From my understanding, you could make the following changes and not affect the operation of the probe:
R22: 10.2k -> 10.0k
R20: 41.2k -> 40.2k (or arguably don't change)
R23: 18.0k -> 17.8k (or even 10.0k)
R21: 91.0k -> 88.7k (or 50.5k if you're using R23=10k)
R24: 4.7k -> 5.6k (or 1.00k if you want the LED much brighter)

Thanks!
