[Feature request] Adding custom font for burn in .ass subtitle

Idea

An option for adding our own custom fonts would be really useful especially for Burn in .ass subtitle. Basically we can create a folder where we put our custom fonts and point handbrake to that folder to use these fonts for burn in .ass subtitle or even for showing missing UI characters in foreign languages (not priority). Right now the only option for me to use Custom fonts is attaching those fonts to the advanced substation alpha file itself Wich is a huge pain and makes the size very big for example a 300kb file to a 4MB one.
