Target of URI doesn't exist: 'package:cp949/cp949.dart'. 에러에 관하여 #6

안녕하세요. 현재 제목같은 에러가 발생하여 여쭤봅니다.

pubspec 에

cp949_codec: ^0.0.2 (혹시나 해서 붙였습니다)
cp949: ^1.2.1

를 추가하였고,

import 'package:cp949/cp949.dart' as cp949; 를 main.dart 에 추가하자 제목의 에러가 발생하였습니다.

분명 pubdev 에도 있다고 나오는데 계속 오류가 나서 ...

혹시 어떤 이유인지 확인이 가능할까요 ?
