sudo chmod a+x /etc/ppp/ip-down /etc/ppp/ip-up

移动过去时候，折腾了老半天才在池建强老师那里看见。
感谢看一下。

sudo chmod a+x /etc/ppp/ip-down /etc/ppp/ip-up
sudo chown root /etc/ppp/ip-down /etc/ppp/ip-up
