[Feature] Traffic statistics for each tunnel #2

We need traffic statistics for analyzing performance(QoS and so on) of each tunnel.

Include matrices:

End to end time
Delay time
Gota Frame send/receive, count/size and speed

In addition, we need add more information about the tunnel, like:

Gota Frame sequence number (send/receive)
Peer tunnel information
