Is there any scripts/tools to render the generated .h5 files? (to reproduce the figures in article)

Hi, Thanks for the interest. There is a set of visualization scripts that shows the mesh with meshplot. Since our structure is new, The hdf5 stores top mid and bottom surfaces of the shell But if you are asking for the paper style, they are typically generated with blender renderings.
