Hello

I am trying to execute GAPIT function and I get this error. I also tried with demo datasets and get the same error message...

I convertedmy hapmap file to numeric as follow :

myGAPIT <- GAPIT(G=myGD, output.numerical=TRUE)
myGD= myGAPIT$GD
myGM= myGAPIT$GM
