Would be nice to be able to control the refresh rate of the video mode. In 640x480x16 VGA mode, the refresh rate is stuck at 60Hz. I understand this may be an SVGA feature (can VGA do 640x400x16 at 70Hz though?), but 640x480 60Hz is very straining to the eyes on many monitors for whatever reason. 640x350 EGA seems to run at a higher refresh rate though (70Hz I would guess), so maybe it's not a huge issue right now. In any case I'm sure SVGA modes would be nice to have as well - 640x480x256 would be the sweet spot for early 32 bit machines.
