Write an upgrade guide to 5.x?

Just migrating to D10 here. And it was not super obvious that I had to change a bit on the config regarding goutte. Should we write an upgrade guide? Is there already one? Do you want to have it only in the release notes (so not in git)?

I see that #620 was dropped long time ago, probably due to the lack of Symfony 6 support or these packages were abandoned sooner, but as of today, instead of changing configs composer req --dev behat/mink-goutte-driver that installs the versions below just works on Drupal 10.1 as a temporary solution.
