The system comes into an error state
Pretty quickly, logevents should send the first log batch
As the error situation remains, log events should only send batches of messages occasionally
The system comes back into an okay state
Pretty quickly, logevents should send the last batch
The system comes back into an error state
Pretty quickly, logevents should send the next batch
Normal batching behavior should resume
