Slide Upload Image Error

Can;t Create slide, always says 'Required' Error for image

What browser are you using? And what OS? What version of MODX?

This seems to happen if a required field was missed and then it does not allow you to complete. A quick fix is to refresh the page and fill in all fields and then submit. Looking for a fix.

Just installed using modx 2.4.2 in google chrome and im also getting this always. I've filled out all fields, refreshed, etc and still happening. Any solution found to this?

Seeing this in the logs when this happens:

This happened to me because my picture exceed the size limit. Maybe check the size limit?
