Integrating an alternative slider script

I've installed slideshowManager on my Modx 2.2.6 site and tested successfully with the built in slider 'nivo'. Now I'n trying to integrate the poular sliderWall js and css as an alternat 'skin'.

My markup is displaying correctly but the sliderWall JQuery dosen't seem to be picking up the hidden content and displaying the slideshow.

I'd be happy to share a link to the modx site under development so that you can see what I'm talking about.

Really sorry that answering on old topic.
The thing is that we just need to avoid jQuery where it is possible.
