Diagrams open in Read Only mode from email - how to change?

Recently I noticed change in behavior that when I open diagram that is attached to Outlook email right from the Outlook, it now opens in Read Only mode. I can't fine any way to switch from Read Only mode to Write mode. The only workaround is to first save the file on my PC somewhere and then open from there - this is not very convenient.

So I have few questions

1. is there a way to switch file that is opened in Read Only mode to Write mode?
2. is there a way to change the settings of Draw.io so that it opens email attachments in Write mode by default?
