Commands to check for and remove items on an ssc server

Command: /whohas <Item Name or ID>
Description: Lists the players with this item and of what number.
Permission: itemizer.check
Command: /checkplayer <Exact Player Name> <Item Name or ID>
Description: Checks if the given player has the given item, and if so of what number
Permission: itemizer.check
Command: /removefromplayer <Exact Player Name> <Item Name or ID>
Description: Removes the given item from the specified player
Permission: itemizer.edit
