MD Codeblock in list, causes enumerate to be interrupted

However when I run it thought my converter
I get:

As you see, the enumerate environment ends too early.

You need to indent the code blocks (and intervening paragraph) so they fall under the list item. See the manual under lists.

Is there any way to configure pandoc to treat code blocks, as long as there is no empty lines, as part of the list?

As John already said, you need to indent the tikz code blocks and the paragraph in between the two tikz code blocks ('and at $y\neq 0$ we have') by four spaces, then they will be treated as part of the list item.
