Combine an Artifactory install together with an Artifactory config

Yes. It's not possible to build a full Terraform flow of

1. Install Artifactory (with the helm provider)
2. Setup Artifactory license and configuration with the jfrog/platform and jfrog/artifactory providers)

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to combine all providers together to fully automate and control Artifactory install and configuration

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using a REST API provider (like https://registry.terraform.io/providers/Mastercard/restapi/latest) to gap the steps post an install.
This seems like a non-native solution and feels like a hack.
