Add a way to have "permanent" temp voice channels #12

i know this sounds contradictory, but please bare with me
I had an idea to use this plugin in its intended way and it's really cool, having that panel to manage channels
However, i was thinking of having this same channels but to have specific persistent channels
For example:
- we create some role, let's call it "Premium" role
- if user has this "Premium" role, at the moment they are creating a channel, the channel they are creating will be 1 and only channel they can create, and this channel will not be deleted after any time, this channel will be something like "exclusive" temp channel, where it is not temp anymore... it's like, private room with full control
- if user want to create another temp channel by joining the voice channel which is used to generate new tempvoice channel, they will be automatically moved to their persistent channel
- by default this channel will be seen by anyone but only joinable by the owner of channel, just like it is with tempchannels
- by default we can set under which category these kind of "persistent"/"private"/"personal with full control" channels will be generating, aswell as we can set the role ID (or IDs for multiple roles supported) that will have this ability to create these kind of channels and own them
- add a way to remove these channels by admins, to remove them from database too
i think this will be very possible looking at that you made it so that there are channel persistency now because of database support, now this can assign to owner user (owner of channel being generated) which had this role
