Allows users to drop pins on map and receive notifications when entering locations with app in background

Requirements

iPhone running iOS 10

Instructions

Define a new Region

Type the title of the new region
Use the slider to define the radius of the region
Long press somewhere on the map to place the center of the new region in that location

Notifications

Press the home button to put the app in the background
Enter the geographical location of one of the user-defined locations
A local notification will be displayed on the phone

**Notifications will only be triggered with app running in the background
