Expose qBittorrent's category filter in Flood

So the thing is, I can't add an RSS autodownload from Flood that moves the files to another folder after completion. Issue about it: url

That's why I had to setup RSS in qBittorrent's WebUI, but unlike Flood that doesn't let me assign tags for it, only category assignent, but Flood doesn't let me filter category, only tags.
