Flood is not connecting to rtorrent

I was having issues with my rutorrent + rtorrent AIO service, so I switched to a stack with a separate rtorrent and separate Flood image.

When running an empty rtorrent it works perfectly fine, but after loading in my ~15k torrents I cannot seem to connect to rtorrent anymore. Any calls to api/client/* just end in a timeout:

api/client/settings:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 ()

Is there any way to speed this up, or simply to allow a longer timeout on the Flood side?

Ended up resolving this by writing some code to split up my rtorrent sessions into multiple nodes (5k per node)
