Describe your use-case which is not covered by existing documentation.

It is not clear to me how I get to this configuration item where I can configure which Jenkins Build Events I want to be driven to my Teams Channel.

Reference any relevant documentation, other materials or issues/pull requests that can be used for inspiration.
