your prebuilt/prebuilt/libglog.a cannot build with android stadio.

Is the method you provide compiled under Linux? I cannot complie it.

for anyone who is unable to compile. My steps are:

specify your ndk root path in both .sh file.
move both .sh file to the parent folder of gflag and glog
run bash build-glog.sh
