CWC_ANN

Resources and code for Columbia Water Center's seminar on Artificial Neural Networks. This is a work in progress -- more to come!

  • Week00 contains brief notes from our first exploratory meeting
  • Week01 has installation instructions for conda, slides on our introduction to neural networks, and an some jupyter notebooks for getting started with TensorFlow
  • Week02 has notebooks for building image classification models with keras and slides on neural network architectures. There is also an environment.yml file which you can use in a custom conda environment for installing keras and tensorflow.
