Does pdfquery have CJK language support??

I'm not sure, but it's likely. Pdfminer (which powers pdfquery) does have CJK support. But there are special setup instructions:

https://github.com/euske/pdfminer#for-cjk-languages

If you can get it working, I'd be happy to add instructions to the docs.
