As the title says, I think it would be good to have a phase meter included in the observer, so that you can monitor the behavior of a master or any other stereo piece of music.
I'm not a programmer, but since loudness reports load a native REAPER jsfx, this application can do the same.
You could load the JS: Channel Phase Meter, configure it in stereo mode, and monitor the stereo channels control. When looking at the edit control in the OSARA parameter list, I get values between -1 and 1, which is to be expected, but I have to exit and enter the control to get the most updated value.
