Multi-line Text Tool

In addition to the available shape primitives, need the ability to support a multi-line text box (rectangle) shape.

Reference is the Text Box tool in PPT:

Note: the bounding box (rectangle) of the text element can be styled or transparent. The bounding box containing the text can be resized but must retain the consistent shape of a rectangle/square at all times, so no irregularly shaped polygons hold text values.

For this case, labeling the center of a polygon is different than this notion of a text box.
