File dialogs should track last directory from which EACH TYPE of file was loaded into Stipple Effect #152

In Stipple Effect, the user can load multiple types of files into the program:

  • projects
  • palettes
  • scripts

For each of these, the program should:

  1. track which directory the last of these file types was loaded from
  2. set the file dialog directory to the last upload directory on open depending on what type of files the dialog is filtering for
