版本2.1.0
目前在webpack中无法指定http-proxy的配置，默认用的{}，但是在使用的时候有时需要添加ssl证书，或者配置secure: false等，麻烦考虑支持一下，谢谢

@misakayao httpProxy 的配置完整的暴露出来了，Options.httpProxy 你可以对它进行设置。
