[BUG] Blank White Page on Clicking Challenges->CSS #657

Describe the bug
Blank White Page on Clicking Challenges->CSS. Everything goes out just a white blank page which creates a situation to unable to access other things.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Challenges'
  2. Click on 'CSS'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Even if there is no challenges in CSS , at least show the navbar to access other things
