First draft published to auto-deposit branch. Will follow up on TODO items from the push notes.

Standardized code style and replaced exit() calls with clear exceptions.

Submitted a help request with Coinbase regarding the broken sandbox deposit functionality. Deposits say they will be released in 2015, and since time cannot go backward these deposits will never complete.
