client.request_certificate() does not always return an error #12

Hey,

I noticed that client.request_certificate() may not return an error.
Especially it seems to be the case when limits from the registry where hit.

Could you forward the errors that Lets Encrypt returns?

seems to be general, so if LE is unhappy, it raises an exception but with no error message.
