１組織１作品のみ。
大会２日前までに、公開用のデータを Googleドライブに共有。
大会２日前までに、Discord「地図・図書展会場」チャンネルに「種類(地図/図書)」, 「団体名」, 「作品名」, 「解説」 , 「GoogleドライブPermalinkURL」を記載。

上記情報が揃い次第、広報・IT委員会チームがタイル処理を行い GitHub に公開。
