Simple PHP Database Explorer

1. Open a connection in your MySQL server at localhost:3306, username = 'root', password = ''.
2. Open XAMPP with MySQL open at ports 3306.
3. Place the files in the repo in your htdocs folder inside another folder named 'comp353'.
4. Open your browser and navigate to localhost/comp353
