Jamulus 3.11.0 is now available for iOS on the AppStore

After long struggles with the AppStore review and Qt6, Jamulus is now available on the AppStore: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/jamulus/id6654925705

The App is "designed for iPad", but also works on iPhone and Mac.
It should behave similar to the legacy version on macOS.
