Possibly missing .cu.ptx files

Dear Jamorn Sriwasansak,

I'm trying to run your evplp code, but I keep getting errors of the form:

File not found (Details: Function "_rtProgramCreateFromPTXFile" caught exception: File not found - ptxfiles/reflectcuts_generated_lighttracing.cu.ptx)

I could not find any *cu.ptx files (I'm guessing related to CUDA/OptiX) in the repository. (I downloaded the code using "git clone https://github.com/jamornsriwasansak/evplp".) Can you help me locate the missing files?
