[Numeric] Process Integer and Double Values over time

Create a class that is applicable for increasing integer and double values.
Therefore the class shall use a column and a method - the method shows the aggregation method that will be applied.

Example: There should be a difference per time range be calculated. E.g. for energy consumption per hour of a sensor that is increasing the values the difference of the sensor values per hour should be calculated.
