mention which OTEL SDKs support it, as we used to have in https://www.jaegertracing.io/docs/1.55/client-libraries/
explain how to configure Jaeger (Adaptive sampling does not work with OTEL SDKs jaeger#6700)

For updating the docs regarding adaptive sampling only the one for next-release-v2 has be to improved?

yes, but we need to resolve the core of the parent issue before we worry about the docs
