Possible issues with fb65705

Need to make sure uEnv.txt is in /
Need to make root shell /bin/bash
Need to enable getty-serial@ttyGS0
Need depmod to run ahead of time properly
Need to pull latest beagle-tester
Boot time is still slow
- Need more kernel components to become modules
- Need to analyze other delays

Tests only currently exist for RELAY and LOAD capes. EEPROM will program for PROTO cape as well.
There seems to be a need to press the reboot button to get Buildroot to load. Need a more clear indicator that Buildroot is the distro that is running. Also need to communicate the process to flash as that will likely increase boot speed and reliability.
