stationList not updating until restart

The stationList doesn't update until pianobar is restarted. Try to remedy this

This is something that must be done in pianobar. Can't do it here. Submitted an issue

Will leave this open until @PromyLOPh makes a decision on whether to implement or not.

Here's a patch for pianobar to enable this. Of course, you'll have to add extra code to your Pidora installation to take advantage of this.

I'll see if I can't cook up something in Pidora that will do a restart. "Biggest" pain I can see is remembering which station is playing if we wanted to make it seamless. IDK if we'll go down that route or not.
