"draft" true or false in frontmatter still removes from publishing #1244

Describe the bug
The only way to publish is by removing "draft" from

To Reproduce
Turn draft on in frontmatter, then turn it off and recompile via npx quartz build --serve -d content

Expected behavior
draft: "false" still publishes

  1. providing a simple reproduction
  2. linking to your Quartz repository where the problem can be observed

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Quartz v4

  • node v22.3.0

  • npm v10.8.1

  • OS: Ubuntu 24

  • Browser [e.g. chrome, safari]

  • Browser: Firefox, edge, Chrome
