Is there a way to get the number without dialCode without having to disable formatting?

Can we get a phone value without the plus sign? Right now getNumber gives me a plus sign, and if I use value directly from text-field, it is missing the country code, and if I want to pass them separately as initialValue and initalCountry, I am only able to use country code like 'pk' instead of '92'.
