We split the node into two, one for atoms, one for molecules. This will split the load and database volume, as well as it makes for cleaner Returnables and Restrictables since they are separate for the two groups anyway.

The split is formally done, the current node running from node.atom.

node.molec needs to be set up (dictionaries etc), the molec transitions dump re-written and imported into its own database. then deplyed adn registered as a separate node.
