smug start ignores .smug.yml

Since the latest version (0.3.5) of smug on homebrew it no longer honors the local .smug.yml file.
Instead when I do smug start it starts all configurations in my config folder.

I would love to get a smug.log but running any command with -d or --debug just has it complaining there is no such project.

I just upgraded (homebrew) and smug start works again with the local .smug.yml. 👍

smug stop doesn't, it just says "Terminating session..." and nothing else happens.
