[BUG] nameserver 和 controller 组件无法读写 /home/rocketmq/logs 目录 #25

未配置 pod securityContext 导致的。

securityContext:
    fsGroup: 3000
    runAsUser: 3000

另外 broker 组件的 securityContext 是写死在 template 里的，希望可以一起抽出来放到 values.yaml 里
