Auto-publish messages in select channels

We have some channels listed as announcement channels (i.e, other servers can subscribe to them and receive messages published in those channels on one of their own).
The problem is, a) No one bothers/knows they should publish those messages ( #páginas-amarelas), and b) The only messages in #drh-bolsas are sent by Webhooks - publishing each one by hand is not sustainable, and Webhooks API doesn't allow publishing.

Suggestion/feature request: Have this bot automagically publish messages sent in those channels (or maybe, all channels in a server that are marked as announcement channels)
