[scriptassist.pl] declaratively set which scripts to be installed #491

It would be super useful to be able to declare in a config file (~/.irssi/config) which scripts I want to be installed and autorun.

Something like:

"perl/core/scripts" = {
  scriptassist_installed = [ "scriptassist.pl", "script1.pl", "script2.pl" ];
  scriptassist_autorun = [ "scriptassist.pl" ];
};

(Then it could be called a plugin manager for irssi...)

or just copy your ~/.irssi folder :-)
