cannot run decenttree/executables/mac_os /wintel_13.2.1/decenttree in windows.

I also try to open the project in VS2017, VS2019 and VS2022, each of them have many different errors.

I figured this out. It seems that I cannot open the .sln file, but need to open the whole folder. It works now.
